What becomes of the data you share with us.
1. On this site
This site has no forms and collects no data. When you reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email, what you share is used solely to answer your request, and never feeds a commercial list sold to third parties.
2. Within GESCLINIC
Medical data is processed on behalf of your facility, which is the data controller; DHA GROUP acts as technical data processor. It is encrypted, accessible according to role-based rights, and every access is logged. At the end of the contract, it is returned to you within thirty days. GESCLINIC is authorized by the APDP.
3. Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, objection: write to com@gesclinic.me. If you are a patient of a facility using GESCLINIC, contact that facility first: it holds your record.
